•The customer must provide proof of purchase, see retailer from whom the product was purchased.
• The retailer will decide if the product must be replaced or repaired.
• The supplier offers a limited garanty to all the initial buyers of the product.
• The dealer offers the initial buyer a (1)one year guarantee from the date of purchase on all defective parts and/or fabrication defaults.
• The supplier will in no way be held responsible for injury and direct or indirect incidents, a misdeed, a requirement or a strict responsibility of the manufacturer.
• All guarantees will be annuled if the product sold is used for other purposes.
• The supplier, at his discretion, reserves the right to modify or to discontinue at any time the guarantee offered without prior warning to the merchant.
